RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Still Blessed Co., each item is made especially for you. Because our products are made to order, we do not keep traditional inventory and are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, or change of mind.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We want you to love what arrives at your door. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. Once we've reviewed your request, we'll work with our production partner to make it right. If your item is determined to be damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund, as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

 

You will generally not be required to return a damaged or defective product.

SIZE & COLOR SELECTION

Because every item is made to order, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges when the incorrect size or color was ordered. Please review the product description and size guide carefully before completing your purchase.

Please keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device, and minor variations can occur during the printing process.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

LOST OR DELIVERY ISSUES

If your package appears to be lost or there is a delivery issue, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate the shipment with our production and shipping partners.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
